بيان مئات الشخصيات المعارضة للرأي العام في رفض المخطط التنظيمي الجديد لمخيم اليرموك 

المخطط التنظيمي لمخيم اليرموك حلقة مشبوهة في سلسلة شطب المخيم بكل رمزيته ومدلولاته الوطنية في الوعي والوجدان الجمعي لشعبنا الفلسطيني.”

” منذ قرابة العشر سنوات ومخيم اليرموك يتعرض لعملية شطب مدروسة وممنهجة وفق أدوات وآليات مختلفة تنوعت بين القصف والتجويع والحصار والهدم والتدمير وكذا تهجير أهله مروراً بمسرحية تحريره من داعش في معركة هزلية دمرت أجزاء ومساحات واسعة من بنيانه.

والآن يأتي هذا المخطط لينهي ما تبقى منه ويحوله إلى حي من أحياء دمشق بعد تغيير ملامحه وشطب 50% من جغرافيته المعروفة والثابتة منذ آخر مخطط في العام 2004.

لم يعد سراً ولا خافياً على ذي بصيرة أهداف النظام السوري من هذا المخطط، وباتت مكشوفة طريقته في التوظيف القذر والتلاعب بالورقة الفلسطينية لتقديم خدمات لمشغليه وتثبيت حكمه على مدار عقود؟!

لقد آن الأوان لفضحه وإنهاء سردية “الممانعة والمقاومة” التي اعتاش عليها طيلة السنوات الماضية وهذه مهمة كل حر في هذا العالم.

إن تفاصيل المخطط تدل بوضوح على غايته في هذا التوقيت، والمطلوب وقفة جادة من كل الجهات المعنية بشعبنا الفلسطيني في الداخل والشتات، وهي مسؤولية جماعية لا ينبغي التهرب منها مطلقاً ولا شك سيحاسب شعبنا كل مقصر بهذا الصدد والتاريخ سيسجل ولن يرحم أحداً.

لا يمكن إغفال ما يجري من ابتزاز لأهلنا سكان المخيم الذين انتظروا العودة إلى المخيم كل هذه السنوات عبر مسرحية طلبات الاعتراض برسوم لجمع المال ليس أكثر؟!، فالنظام لم يستشر حتى الجهات المحسوبة عليه في تفاصيل المخطط ولم يضع الأونروا في صورته؟!

لقد خلق هذا المخطط حالة من الإحباط واليأس الشديد في أوساط أهلنا من سكان المخيم ستشكل دافعاً لهم نحو الهجرة وركوب قوارب الموت باتجاه المنافي بكل ما تحمل هذه الرحلة من مخاطر وما يحفها من محاذير وتهديدات لهم ولذويهم.

يكتب النظام بهذا المخطط فصلًا من فصول أدواره القذرة عبر إنهاء محطة من محطات العودة إلى فلسطين التي لطالما تبجح بسعيه لتحريرها؟! ندعو أحرار شعبنا الفلسطيني والعالم للتوقيع على هذا البيان وتوزيعه على أوسع نطاق كي نمنع جميعاً ومعاً تغيير هوية المخيم ونوقف محاولات العبث في بقية المخيمات الفلسطينية في سورية فهي كانت وما تزال وستبقى محطات على طريق العودة والتحرير.

نص البيان باللغة الإنكليزية:

The organizational plan set for Yarmouk Camp is yet another suspicious episode in the series of erasing the camp with all its symbolism and national significance in the collective awareness and conscience of the Palestinian people.

For the past decade Yarmouk Camp has been subject to a deliberate and systematic elimination through various tools and mechanisms from shelling, starving, besieging, demolishing, destroying, displacing, and allegedly liberating it from ISIS in a spectacle which destroyed many areas and parts of its infrastructure.

Now this plan arrives to end what is left of the camp and to transform it into another neighborhood in Damascus after changing its features and destroying 50% of its geography which is known and has been stable since the last organizational plan in 2004.

The Syrian regime’s aims are no longer a secret and its dirty employment and manipulation of the Palestinian card over the past decades to provide services to its agents and stabilize its rule is known.

It is the duty of every free person to expose the regime and refute the resistance and refusal narrative which the regime has lived off of over the past years.

The details of this plan clearly indicate its purpose in this timing. All interested parties from the Palestinian people in Palestine and the diaspora must take a serious stand. This is a collective responsibility which cannot be evaded. Our people will hold accountable anyone who fails to do so and history will not forgive anyone.

Residents in Yarmouk who hoped their return to the camp have been extorted for years through the charade of objection requests. Meanwhile, the regime moved forward with the organizational plan without any consultation, including from allied Palestinian factions, nor has it informed UNRWA of the changes.

This plan has created a sense of despair and defeat in the midst of the camp’s residents, further pushing them to migrate and risk their chances on the boats of death to seek exile with all the risks and threats these trips form for them and their families.

The regime writes yet another chapter of its dirty roles by erasing one of the landmarks on the path to return to a Palestine which the regime has always boasted of its efforts to liberate.

We call upon the free people of Palestine and the world to sign this statement and distribute it widely so we can together stop the distortion of the identity of the camp and stop the efforts to endanger the rest of the camps of Syria which have been and remain landmarks on the road to return and liberation.
