We, the Houran Clans, were and still are part of the great people of Syria.

We lived on this land and worked hard to keep Houran safe and secure,

where people are living with safety and dignity, making them part of the

builders and protectors of Syria. With the difficult circumstances that

Hauran is going through due to the siege imposed on most of its cities and

villages, and since no effort was spared in seeking a solution that would

prevent the bloodshed of our people, preserves their dignity, and protects

their security and safety enabling them to be active individuals in their

societies, we:

- Deplore, under any pretext, the increasing military build-up on the land

of Houran

- Deplore the unjust siege of the people of Daraa al-Balad and the rest of

the besieged areas,

that restricted means of livelihood.

- Reject the constant threat of killing, destruction, incursion and the threat

of mass

displacement, that we consider as acts of aggression a country is not

supposed to carry out

against its citizens, Therefore, we demand the following:

1. Immediately lift the siege on Daraa Al-Balad and stop all military actions

on the land of Houran.

2. Release the detained families in the farms adjacent to the city of Daraa.

3. Stop the expansion of Iranian militias and Hezbollah in the south under

any name.

4. Immediate entry of humanitarian aid, including foodstuffs, medicine,

and necessities of life.

5. Immediate release of all the detainees.

6. The Russian guarantor to respect their commitments and to take full

responsibility for the

2018 Settlement Agreement in the south.
