Due to the Systematic attacks that targeted Aleppo City hospitals in the last 48 hours by the Syrian regime and Russian regime air forces, we in Free Aleppo health directorate announce that all hospitals in castern Aleppo city are out of service.

This deliberate and inhuman targeting of basic infrastructure and civil facilities aimed to prevent men, women, children, and elderly people from receiving medical attention, while attacking them with all kind of weaponry in the Syrian and Russian army's arsenal.

We call upon all governments, health worker, and health organizations to take immediate actions to stop these war crimes and to stand next to their colleagues in Aleppo.
