This agreement is signed in the presence of Russian Federation and

Minister of the Government of National Accord Fayez al-Sarraj, commander of the

Participants in the intra-Libyan peace talks in Moscow, represented by Prime

Libyan National Army General Khalifa Haftar, President of the House of

Representatives Aguila Saleh, President of the High State Council Khalid El-

Mashri, and Chairman of House of Representatives Tripoli Group Sadiq el

Khalily

Turkey to introduce an open-ended cessation of hostilities in Libya,

supporting the initiative of the Russian Federation and the Republic of

reaffirming their unwavering commitment to the sovereignty.
