Within the framework of provide for the needs of the displaced, the Organization declares its desire to

make qutations in sealed envelopes or Email under the following conditions:

1. Purchase 500 food baskets, according to the technical book of conditions and the BoQ attached in the

price quotation.

2. Finance invoice should be offered in turkey, in case of difference the quotation will be cancel.

3. Purchase is from turkey only, A food baskets containing the samples provided according to the attached

book of conditions shall be submitted to the headquarters of the organisation

(bağlar Mah. 120 sok No. 24 - Reyhanlı/HATAY) no later than 19-April-2021.

4. The organization is committed to the special conditions book attached to the quotation.

5. The supplier reads all the annexes attached to the advertisement, sign and stamp on it and considers his

consistent with what is stated in it and sends a copy of his company papers provided that they are

registered in the Turkish official authorities and valid for at least to the end of March 2021 and a copy of

the company owner's ID or approval of the signature for the authorized person of the company that

7. The contents of the food basket are provided in accordance with technical specifications and conditions

and should delivered at the organization's warehouse in the Kafr Lusin area in Syria, SKT organization

does not bear any financial costs related to loading, transport, and unloading at the organization's

warehouse.

8. Deadline for receiver of quotation 20/ April/2021 at 10:00 o'clock.

Quotations will be opened on Tuesday, 20/04/2021 at 12:00 at the headquarters of the SKT organization

in Reyhanli
