SKT organization announces the extension of the wheat flour tender with the purchase number

(PR-SYR-94-2021-0014) that was previously announced on social media sites on 08 - June 2021 in

order to open the door of submission to more companies that would like to participate in the

submission of the tender:

1- Purchase wheat flour according to the technical book of conditions, table of quantities and the

schedule of receipt attached to the quotation.

2- The supplier reads all the annexes attached to the advertisement, sign and stamp on it and considers

his consistent with what is stated in it and a copy of the company owner's ID in the sealed envelope

or via e-mail provided that the price of it is sealed in the sealed envelope and the rest of the papers

in a second envelope and the two envelopes are placed in a large envelope (for the quotation sent

via e-mail, the financial offer is in a separated file and the rest of the papers in a second file within

one email).

3- It is required to have a PTT account with the submitted company in the name of the owner of the

company, and the bidder provides copy of it is attached to the quotation.

4- Purchase is from Syria only and submit a sample of a wheat flour provided according to the attached

book of conditions to the office of the organization in Syria (Kfar Lusin area) No later than 15 - June

2021.

5- The organization is committed to the special conditions book attached to the quotation regarding

cash payments.

6- Wheat flour bags are provided in accordance with technical specifications and conditions and are

delivered at bakery warehouse in Harem area, which is contracted by the organization within the

same project, SKT organization does not bear any financial costs related to loading, transport, and

unloading at this warehouse.

7- SKT organization checks the quantities of wheat flour in the supplier's warehouses and makes sure

that it matches the samples received periodically according to the attached receipt dates, before

transferring them from the supplier's warehouse.

8- The deadline for receiving the quotations at 09:00 pm, on Wednesday, 16 / 06 June/ 2021.

Quotations will be opened on Wednesday, 16/06/2021 at 11:00 at the headquarters of the SKT

organization in Reyhanli
